Otis Petteway, Founder
Otis Petteway started OP3 Marketing Solutions in Houston in 2011 as a print shop. Business cards, flyers, banners, programs. Over fifteen years, the clients changed and so did the work. The same people who needed a flyer on Friday also needed a way to stop losing hours every week to a process nobody had written down, and later, a way to make sense of AI tools without hiring a department to run them.
That is what OP3 does now. Otis helps small businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs build the operating systems their vision actually requires: documented workflows, the right AI tools put to work on real tasks, and the branded print that makes a company look as organized as it has become.
He is the author of Leaders Leading Leaders: Empowering the Innovator and Implementer, and he has spent more than a decade leading organizations through growth, mergers, and change. He brings that same practical, hands-on approach to every OP3 client. If a system cannot be explained in one page, it is not finished yet.
