Otis J. Petteway, III was born in Freeport, Texas to Deacon Otis Petteway, Jr. and Velda Petteway. Otis accepted Christ and was baptized at the age of twelve. At the age of thirteen he began playing the piano and the organ. 


Otis is a product of the Van Vleck Independent School District.  


Otis accepted his call into the ministry at the age of 23. He was licensed to preach the Gospel on February 8, 2009. Among his many gifts and talents, none are more meaningful to him than teaching and preaching the Word of God. He has been highly regarded by his peers and associates as a present and future leader within the Christian community.

His humility and charisma allows him to reach souls from every age, stage, and walk of life. A gifted orator, Rev. Petteway has been blessed to preach and lecture at numerous conferences and churches across the state of Texas. He presently serves as the interim pastor to the youth and young adults of the Genesis Church, under the leadership of Dr. Michael P. Williams, where he is a faithful and active member.


Otis' mission is to empower, educate, equip and edify the community, the body of Christ, and the world through the incomparable, and infallible Word of God.



i2010 Otis Petteway started studying branding as a youth pastor from that he launched his branding company Petteway Printing.  which specialized in graphic designs and printing.  In June of 2019 Pastor Petteway Realized that what he was offering was more than just designing and printing he was leading a full service branding firm. At that time he rebranded Petteway Printing to OP3 Marketing Solutions. This new face of the company was to clearly allow clients to understand what all we had to offer.  

2020 was a year that brought change to the entire world through Covid-19 the name of the company was shorten from OP3 Marketing Solutions to OP3 Solutions to match all of OP3 added to things that were offered before he brought his brand of Daily Love From Him Above "Devotions" and Accessories "$25 Ties" .



Whether He saw the best in me or the worst in me, I am happy just to know that God sees me.
